I really love your pollock vases, very inspiring. I am a surface design student studying at the london college of communication. As a fan of jackson Pollock I am writing an essay about his work and surface designers inspired by him also. I would really appreciate it if you could answer just a few questions.
Thanks for the reply. sorry one took so long to get back to you.
ok here goes…Firstly…
What types of clay do you use?
Why Jackson Pollock?
Was there a particular picture that inspired you?
Do use the same pouring and dripping method?
Im interested to know why you use the shapes that you do?
What is your practice and theory method without giving away too much?
1 more thing….
As I have to argue the theory and practice methods that pollock and yourself use it would be great to know what paints you use? Feel free to email me the answers at tashmanki@yahoo.co.uk.
